Three tomatoes trattoria in Lebanon NH might be a great spot. Really nice park across the street to stretch your legs in the town square.

Belfast is cool, idk about in the winter. Smaller than North Conway too and not a ski town.

Rockland also, but again not sure how it is in winter, not a ski town.
