Won't work in this case. The idea of those tricks is to divert the blood from the penis to another part of your body. But in this case the blood flow was cut off. So the blood could not travel from the penis to another body part. It was trapped.

So OP kinda made every trick in the "make the boner disappear" book useless, except straight up cutting of the boner
