Totally believable headline imo. Hold friends and family accountant for that shit. We as individuals need to speak out and let our own individual circle of friends know that it's unacceptable to act like this it's unacceptable to even think like that. And if that's what people really want to be about then you need to consider that they might not actually be someone worth having in your life. And yeah that includes grandma and mom and dad and everything.

Not being a dick, but are you white? It's my guess as to why you might not see it. Ass hat whites with closet racism act normal around other white ppl imo, until trump got elected then I saw it being seen as acceptable to act a fucktard out loud instead of internally where it would have hopefully died out over generations.

It just makes sense but the problem is that with the state they're not outright paying for it, it's government money so they don't give a shit. It's so obvious that if you can't retain people, and people are going to leave if you make them go back into the office they're going to quit, it seems obvious to the rest of us then you should keep that at least as a partial option. But again, Pennsylvania state.... People that really really need money can even save money simply on not having to get their professional work clothes pressed or even doing regular loads of laundry all the time because they can wear their house clothes. That alone could save some people money that would really make a difference in their lives.

I read an article today that said 70% of the US economy is based on our own spending. If we have shit education and we MAKE money in the prison system, what is our future? Because yes healthcare is also a crazy system here. So if you fight enough to get an education and you can stay out of jail and you make it too where you believe you've done pretty good with the world and you're a decent person, then the country kills you because you can't afford health care to keep yourself healthy and live as an example.

I hadn't. Until Donald Trump got elected by Pennsylvania I also had no idea what a shit show my home state was. The one good thing for me personally is it made me start to pay attention and better educate myself on FACTS. I realized if some of the things that I saw happen during his presidency are the reality for the country, that I had to become a better citizen and a better person and more involve myself. Privatizing schools and prisons is a horrible idea for almost the entirety of the population. These things will come back to haunt us.

I also think there are a lot of parents out there that are overwhelmed with bad children for a very large number of reasons that none of us really need to address here. Charter schools are an answer to their prayers because they get fined if their kids are not attending school. I don't have kids and all that literally blows my mind but I do know plenty of people who in theory think this is a good idea but when you really look at it beyond scratching the surface it's obvious this is a huge scam. It doesn't matter if it's democrat or republican, poor or rich this is a fucking scam.

I'm not sure if that's an honest question or sarcasm. And that's my honest question. Anything that's for profit is only about profit. It is also obvious to me that that's what's going on with the prison system right now since it has gone to a for-profit system. You just need bodies and the money rolls in.

Technically most places don't even legally have to give breaks. I worked in management in Pennsylvania and people would complain all the time about the brake system about how long by law that they were supposed to get so I really looked into it. Other than being a minor, they do not have to give you breaks. It's insane they absolutely just do not care and we all allow it. I can remember being in my late teens and through my twenties and even most of my 30s where I was so afraid to get in trouble at work or do something to piss off my job so you come in on all those extra shifts and you try to be indispensable and then something is going to happen in your life and you're going to realize that you mean nothing to them. Jobs like to tell you when you mess up but never when you do good because they want you to constantly try to be their idea of perfect and then it's no wonder everyone here has anxiety and is on depression medication. No one feels like they can succeed at anything.
