I wouldn't trade the Cape. But they can have the South Coast (like New Bedford, Fall River, Taunton)?

Mt Washington also has dangerous winds and wind chills, even held the world's highest recorded wind speed for like 60 years - 231mph. For reference, a cat 5 hurricane is 157mph or higher.

Assuming I understand correctly, there was a plan for a people mover as part of the Logan renovations/expansion. It got axed though.
