Living/driving on the north side 190-290 change for 25+ years. When I’m in the car and my husband or neighbors drive they’re like white knuckling the slit and lane (just kidding what paint?) changes. Makes me laugh EVERY TIME.

Towns pay taxes as well, and also for private removal of refuse, or to get a sticker to drive it to a dump themselves.

Closed for winter, but Nancy’s Air Field Cafe in Stow is awesome (alcohol license & good drinks). Also the Twisted Fork in cherry valley (just out of Worcester) which would be close to breweries and shopping. I’m a big fan of good diner foods so if that’s your thing Miss Worcester and Salt and Pepper too.

I was replying to the “10-20% down” comment. Noting that if someone had the option to put 10-20% down, whatever percentage to avoid PMI would save ( for you $70x12=$840/yr ) and be the better option.
