Watertown has a surprisingly easy commute to Cambridge via transit. There’s no T but there’s a bunch of bus lines that run frequently including express buses to downtown

Anything patient-facing or involving clinical research will get a urine test. If you’re doing laboratory research in, say, a molecular chemistry lab that’s associated with MGH you probably won’t.
