How many people have you heard have fallen threw the ice?... is it a epidemic?.. I haven't heard of any and I drive by emerald lake every day and there are people out there living life!. I personally don't have a urge to ice fish, mainly because of the cold but to each there own

If anyone pays attention to a weather map they will see that the reason the weather is crazy this year has everything g to do with wind and nothing to do with climate change. The wind that has bean coming across the ocean to California has bean straight moving when it's typically wavy. When it's straight it doesn't wave up and pull arctic air down to mix with the hot air streams to make snow storms. Please just watch a weather map. It's all readily available. Also being a Vermonter for 40years I have road my motorcycle on Christmas atleast 4 times about every 4-6 years. We go threw cycles. It's normal

All the older vermonters are republican they just don't vote so all the young people overwhelmed the graph

There's no cops in rutland because of all the police backlash all the good ones have retired. I personally know more then a hand full of greate officers that work in multiple southern vermont towns amd they volunteer for the football and wrestling team at my son's school. They are the thin blue line and we need more of them

There's one in peru Vermont and I know the locals would be cool there not sure how your locals are

All I'm saying is alot of people will loose there jobs if a large company goes under. I would hope in return the local place makes up for that but then they become the thing they hate and it turns into a cycle?

As much is that is good for your neighbor you must remember your neighbors neighbor is the one in the factory making the goods you buy daily. As much as big business is the problem fighting them only hurts the little guy "aka US".

I have bean at every wrestling match football game and laccrosse game for as long as I can remember and I have never heard any racism!. At no point do I believe it doesn't exist, but it isn't as big of a deal that everyone is making it. I believe people are just trying to be heros at others expense!

I have lived my entire life in vermont and my son is 16 and plays 3 sports against all the teams stated and at no point have I ever heard anything racist said! Have I heard questionable people say that things were said "Yes". I think that people are just trying make something that isn't there to seem more equitable! Just my opion

I'm in construction and yes materials are the highest they have ever bean but it's more to do with lack of labor "aka people don't want to work" so if someone wants a house built noe there going to pay a premium to get to the front of the list which tends to have a trickle down effect on every one else
