If you go onto Belvediere Road after the highway entrances, there will be a 2nd, smaller road off to the side as you come up to Broad Street. Sometimes, when I am in a similar pickle, I will park my car in the parking area between Marshall and Broad street, up next to one of the VCU dorm buildings. I have yet to notice any signs making it clear how long I'm allowed to park there. As far as I'm aware, if you can find a spot in that area I don't think you'll have any trouble.

Your horse is so high that you missed the word "more". I'm aware that wouldn't make me suddenly able to afford a townhome in Short Pump.

they would get a better income if restaurants weren't allowed to pay them below minimum wage on the off chance a customer feels like picking up the restaurant's slack.

Why am I not surprised? Shyndigz loves grinding their staff into the ground. The whole idea of tipping makes it so much nore easy for restaurants to exploit their employees. We need to get rid of it and make places like that start paying the servers what they're actually owed.
