It is a small hill close to the coast, you can see Boston on a clear day. This pic is from mid-mountain.

Building #19 and Zyla's were awesome.
J.R.'s Discount in New Hampton or Ollie's are the only ones I can think of.

Yikes, I did one day at Tenney with a friend that the wind chill was -33.
We lasted til noon, then went and hung out at Nu-Wave in Laconia.
The owner (Jim?) was showing us the new Apocalypse Jimi Scott model and the new hot shit was rotatable highbacks.

Not sure if this is still done - in early 2000's I moved to Campton - first step of getting a license was filling out a notarized affidavit that the Town Council had to approve.
At another point I got a NH part time resident license - much easier.

In my experience as Janitor, the women's room was worse on average.

The conservatories at Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boyston MA are very nice though it might be only worth an afternoon - lunch at the cafe and lounge in the conservatories.
House by the side of the Road in Wilton NH is also amazing for a nice little greenhouse break.

That's not Massasoitt.
It's Thomas Little Shell, an Ojibwe Chippewa Chief from Montana.
"The current form of the 1780 seal was adopted in 1890, replacing the Massachusetts Indian with a composite. The composite's head was taken from a Chippewa chief in Montana."
