This morning, I contacted my election office (York) and was told "not verified" just means an additional step needs to be taken to ensure the signature or SSN matches, and my vote will be recorded. I've also seen this echoed by a Democratic group, and a recent AP article also suggests the same.

In past elections, I haven't seen this "not verified" message, so my guess is the powers-that-be are pushing to REALLY MAKE SURE no "fraud" is occurring.
