I’m planning on moving to Philly sometime in May and will be in the city toward the end of March to tour apartments and sign a lease.

What would you suggest I look for when considering apartments that’s usually overlooked and could save me headache down the road?

My understanding is that they also have a storage center for all their pods somewhere near the city that you can pick your stuff up from instead of having to have them drop it off

I’m going to be moving to somewhere in/near Center City next May from the other side of the country. I won’t be bringing much outside of what can fit in boxes; it’ll just be my desk, a couple speakers, my bed, and a bike.

Logistically speaking, would it be easiest to use PODS to get my stuff shipped to their location there and then hire movers to help go from there to my apartment?
