We need some sort of civilian investigatory committee. It's becoming increasingly obvious that the police are unable to police themselves. It's pretty much a federally funded and government authorized crime syndicate.

The first level of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World was similar to this. Fun game with a lot of nostalgic throwbacks. Can be a little over the top at times, but overall a fun one. Music was also done by Anamanaguchi, and is fantastic - It's a great introduction to chiptune music.
