That's not what she asked.
"For them to sell" ≠ for them to sell for me.

Explain this to people who have been doing that for years....
This goes in at length before making the point about more power available via PV in daylight hours.... But doesn't note the available wind energy overnight. Anything not put to use is potentially wasted. And daytime PV generation can power industry.

Rt31 corridor...
I'm from South Jersey originally.. I found a few key things to look at when picking a place up here....
-
Beware of topography... A deep snow + spring rain can truly flood the creeks and rivers... The Delaware north of Belvedere (I know, not your market) got it a few years ago. In the hills, rock nis near the surface, and the soil doesn't drain as fast as in the south (but your clay may be an exception) .. look for a basement sump pump.. then ask about interior water history. Combine that with avoiding lowlands.
-
most of that strip feels remote.. little easy transportation to any city, so you likely need your own. Near the Trenton or Clinton ends it's a bit better.
-
The last time I was frequently in the area, it looked like Pittstown to Clinton were growing.. look a bit there. Know that Clinton has that "desirable" tag that runs prices up.
-
you may want to rent until you find a school system to settle into... Taxes often vary wildly around that issue.
Best of luck. Bring the Panzarottis!

No... But the ridges used to watch for troop movements were... As were the signal beacons
Without those, Washington wouldn't have had a 20 mile buffer

This.. the first few months should be devoted to properly managing and training your dog...
My cousin adopted one, he wasn't available to devote time ... Dog adopted many uncle. This happens a lot!

The proposed seal (scroll to find it) is ludicrous! An image of an aging, almost obsolete courthouse, a dated image of transportation at one end of the county, a statue of an unrecognizable woman, and suburban sprawl, less the housing.
The last one is offensive to anyone on the western 2/3 of the county... Many of whom dislike Elizabeth's prominence in county management
Nothing to speak of the role of sheltering troops in Morristown, which was almost as definitive of our history in the revolution...
If you need to change it do better..... MUCH better

Your link gets me to a page that (predictably) asks for the year of the application... All good, except it only goes to 2019!
For others noting this, choose 2019, it'll continue.

Maybe Rutgers engineering has a student shop you can "infiltrate"....
