3151 Market and 3025 jfk are under construction now. 3001 jfk(red building) would be next. 3101 Market would be the super tall but who knows if that will actually happen

No, multiple plans pictured here. Schuykill yards is under way except the super tall is still anyones guess. 30th st district is still just a dream https://www.theolinstudio.com/philadelphia-30th-street-station-district-plan
