yes, which is why i clearly stated that i never heard it so i can't say whether a tube amp sounds "better" (which is subjective anyways). i do think it's important to tell people that tubes aren't magic, they can't improve the original track, just modifiy the tonality a bit.

realistically, a modern solid state amplifier will always reproduce sound more faithfully to the original file than a tube amp. people use tube amps because tubes naturally color the sound giving it a more "warm" tone. or that's what audio enjoyers say at least, i've never had the chance to do a blind test in person

you're a nobody, and thus your stuff is safe. google storage is so uncomprehensively massive and secure that the chances of someone 1) hacking it 2) getting YOUR specific information among the terabytes of user data is essentially zero. i'm not saying you should go put your passwords online or whatever, but imo, if you're not a millionaire, government employee, or CEO, your data is safe.

Everyone is talking about consent etc etc. Imho the actual problem here is the guy was taken aback because he wanted a lips kiss not a cheek kiss (bc the latter usually means a friendly goodbye, thus he thought you weren't romantically interested).
