It is always possible that your kid was in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, the majority of the time, it is the kids. If not your kid directly, the company they keep. You can only find this out if you talk to the educators and adults there. If your kid is not in the wrong, you should all work it out as adults. They will want that.

The second lowest bill we have had in a year. We switched to another provider, but I have become my parents and yell about things being left on. So basically responsible with our electronic usage. Wild how it works.

Best way to get back at them is to minimize your usage.

They should have driven them to DnD with an open container.

The one thing about this state I find strange is how boarded up all the kids are. In NY, our kids were running around the neighborhood all the time. Here, our neighbors are always "worried" that we let our kids out too much. They only interact with other kids at activities, and they miss hanging out in the neighborhood with others.

Have you spoken to your kids about their behavior? Have you spoken to the teachers and administrators about this decision? Have you gone to a school board meeting and made your concerns heard? Just curious. We recently had a similar situation where I live, I asked my kid about it and he admitted that the kids in the situation are extremely disruptive. Two sides to every story.

My impulse is to always talk to the adults first, get their perspective and go from there.

Both roads should be part of my commute, but I take back roads instead. The truth is most of that congestion is people driving through the state. It should be a toll road, with an EZ pass system that charges local vehicles little or no money.

I take the train whenever I can. The issue is I am on the Waterbury line. Diesel train, slow as hell, and not even a train every hour. So if you miss the train, you are fucked. For some reason, there is a two-hour gap between 8-10, so it fucks anyone with a local commute. I love the train and would take it more, but it is a hassle. I do it once or twice a week to take a breather from the death race of Route 8.

Certainly enough density around lines down the valley.

As I said in another thread, most people who hate taxes don't understand them and usually live way beyond their means (big car payments, big house payments, a boat). They tend to blame their own poor financial decisions on the state. I am not a fan of the taxes I pay in CT, but I get it. More annoyed by how much of my federal taxes go to other states. Which are usually the ones these people want to be like.

You just listed the reasons, outside of employment change I moved here.
