So, find a way to fix it. Anyone can understand "your question took me by surprise, I would like to exchange numbers." You could even have your number written out on a paper, with a second paper to write her number. It's not too late to fix this.

Think how rejected she feels!

If that recurs you might want to call police. Immediately. (It gets harder to get them to believe you as time goes on. While it is reportable later, I personally consider it a "now or never" thing. Keep your phone in your pocket. Be able to take pictures anytime. An overnight bag and your important papers in your car or in a bag beside the door).

You contact your parents with humbleness. You say I'm sorry, you were right. You ask for forgiveness. Maybe they will help you. It's very possible they were just waiting for you to find this out.

If not, you aren't any worse off for having tried.

Go everywhere you know about and ask for a job. Don't sit around when its daylight. Get cleaned up, get dressed and go out all day. Go out and ask every place for a job until you get one. At night, put in online applications.

Turn off cable, Netflix, hulu, prime. Find out how to use antenna television.

When you get money coming in, some has to be saved to get your own place.

Vacuum daily, damp cloth wipe of all surfaces daily, blinds wipe weekly with damp cloth. New pillow if possible, new bed if possible. Bed and mattress hold large amounts of allergens. High likelihood you are allergic to dust mite, they are microscopic and everyone has them. If you have a cat, you are allergic to it ... if you aren't going to get rid of it, it absolutely must stay out of your bedroom. There are studies proving improvement if you can get relief at least at night.

You might improve your quality of life a lot with allergy shots. (If you cannot get new mattress or pillow, plastic encasement can help, then you have to damp wipe the plastic daily).

A hepa air filter machine in the bedroom might help. It won't solve the whole problem if other measures aren't also in place, like frequently damp dusting and removal of cat/dog of present.

Your doctor may be able to offer temporary help with cortisone injections, but not everyone can have this, and you cannot have it repeatedly, so it's only a temporary solution at best.
