I’ve walked them many times. Never had a problem. I got the impression that the school encouraged the public to use the trails.

True, but at some point the State will want to monetize cannabis. The surrounding states are making a killing in tax revenue. I gotta believe some of that comes from folks switching away from alcohol, or at least cutting back. Some NH folks must be going out of state for their cannabis. That’s lost revenue for NH.

Never mind. I found it. See the last section of How a Bill Becomes a Law, New Hampshire Almanac.

Does the NH Constitution allow pocket vetoes? Or would legislation that reaches the Governor's desk become law unless he explicitly vetoes the bill?

Who is the landlord? I got the impression that the homes would be for sale. Regardless, the builder probably doesn’t have to care about the longterm costs.

How did O’Bien become such a large group? (Or at least appear to be large) The guy on the tv seems fairly young to have amassed so much.

I don’t know about this individual, but sometimes there is only one person who files to run in the primary for a given seat. IIRC there was a Republican rep from Nashua who had run unopposed in the primary. He won in the general election, but ended up resigning sometime later (for reasons?)

It’s fairly popular. There is a trail around the pond used by lots of folks; walkers, runners, bicyclists. I can’t say it’s particularly unsafe.
