I happened to get some as part of my grocery run yesterday.

But honestly I’m more looking at water and batteries. Living with well water and the threat of losing electricity (and therefore water and heat) makes me want a generator more every year.

I stopped washing dishes to let the dog out, and grabbed the metal handle to the storm door with a slightly wet hand and it literally stuck to it like that kids tongue on the pole in a Christmas story. Had to stand there a minute while my hand warmed up the handle before it would come off.

Just paid almost $100 more than this same billing period last year, when my kWh was almost exactly the same (guess it’s good to know our usage is consistent). Our “delivery services” for this period this year was actually CHEAPER, despite the kWh being slightly more! It’s all in the supply services fee.

I’m glad we are at least on a smart pay/budget plan for our oil.

Definitely also like doing the Peter Pan bus for ease with parking.

Train is more comfortable so I’ve done that a few times as well; I’d drive to New London personally but only because I grew up near there and know the area and know parking is probably easy.
