More electric cable connections between EU countries would be a good starter.
Market economy will automatically switch to the cheap, solar , when cables would exist to all places at once.

IF we all vote on the goals or long term destination of task parameters of the AI.
Then we can agree on such a ruler.
It may replace daily admin jobs for the social services that are fixed and repetitive.
People can still resolve exceptional fail cases for other hoomans.

We will see a lot of fake ai made businesses then.
And an equal amount of legit ones too.

Depends on the allergy levels.
Bee sting is cleaner than wasp sting. Creates inflammation, but no infection.
People use it to relive arthritis.

Mineral extraction is the limiting factor at this point.
The new modular architecture of Tesla car assembly is a technological step for the car industry. The electric cars will beat any gasoline car with such a modular body.
The issue again are minerals for the batteries. Their processing needs investments into new mining operations and refineries.

Very biased to the subject and result seeking.
Prediction of the future is not a gene, but a skill of probability + extrapolation of inputs.

He is more correct than most assume.

Strongest indicator = AMD is building AI ASICs into their latest CPUs.

The CPU makers do prepare to serve AI on the laptop , NOT on the server.

We can expect that AI will come to computers and some phones. The Gooogle phones have tensor AI chips integrated, I think.

Still up on You.com

HOw they do it. The You.com limit the context memory and number of complexity for the questions, so that their Ai is never going to make a connection to rise up.

They solve the weirdness issue, but giving their AI a very short memory, so that it never makes anything more complex above 5 connections or so.

General AI just needs a goal generator and task coordinator at this point of time.
Understanding, text , audio, math, physics, language , video, etc.. is already solved by different parts of ai models out there
GPT4 silved the coding part , which makes general AI more easy to self- code itself into existence.
