I’m saying the asking prices aren’t the actual valued price, compared to realtor estimates and tax assessments.

All these prices are artificially inflated. There’s some properties selling for 10x their value.

People who feel the need to own right now, are forced to pay these insane prices.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen it on the shelves at Trader Joe’s, only their prices n house brand. I know Whole Foods in Newton and shrewsbury definitely carried it last I’ve been to either. Could imagine all other local locations would have it too.
