Since it's rivalrous (no one can sit in your seat while you're in it) and excludable (they can exclude non payers if they choose).
That means it doesn't not meet the criteria of a public good.

Toki. It's different from Japanese ramen but it's quite good.

There are two factors. The first is that some men set filters to eliminate women above a certain age. The second is that these men may notice signs of aging that you don't.

Some of them are, but not all of them. And this person's age has already filtered them out, so the problem is solved.

I've used Craigslist.
A good way to filter out scammers is to always meet at the actual apartment. Don't ever send anyone a dime or give them a ton of information until after you have been inside the apartment.

There are a lot of options that fall between living in your car and spending $47,500 a year on rent.
Maybe consider renting a room in an apartment.

The good news is that there's a large cohort of other people aging in tandem with you, and the people who would only match with you because you were 23 aren't the best long-term prospects anyway.

You have discovered aging. Fewer men will be interested in you because you're 27 rather than 22.
I am describing other people's preferences.

My bad, you are correct. I was thinking of Benning.
That stretch of Benning has booze hounds and corner boys all the time. It's just better to avoid it.

It is a private good or, maybe, a merit good.
