Because, clearly, you are not doing your share of cheese consumption. Some people don't eat any at all, so you obviously need to bump your consumption way up in order to drive that average upwards.

Reply to Is it true the humans could breathe and live in the atmosphere of Venus? by Impossible_Mine_1616
False. There is a high altitude layer (somewhere around 50 km above the surface) that is cool enough and at the right pressure, but none of it is breathable. The scifi about a floating city likely comes from the proposals that have been made to build a floating laboratory around this depth... but that still doesn't mean the atmosphere would be breathable (think of the Venusian atmosphere as an ocean, and the lab would be a submarine floating in it).

Reply to comment by the_real_abraham in Heart Disease Breakthrough: New Immune Target Discovered. Heart disease is a leading cause of death worldwide. Research has identified suPAR as a protein that contributes to the development of atherosclerosis and kidney disease, offering new opportunities for treatment. by Creepy_Toe2680
The finding is that an immune system protein causes the hardening of arteries, not their clogging. Even when you address clogging people are still majorly dying of heart disease. Your point is still valid, that the solution is to treat the disease rather than just throwing drugs at the symptoms.

Ahem... it's the Sacred Autonomous Royal Monastery of Saint Katherine of the Holy and God-Trodden Mount Sinai
On a less frivolous note: there are untold numbers of manuscripts from there which were "washed" and reused. Many of them are now residing in various places, like Russia and Norway.
