We've had incidents of kids in my school district making bomb and shooting threats as a prank just to get out of going to school, so I'm not so sure this is it.

Besides which, this is a horrible way to protest. With how common school shootings are, this is only going to distress students, and the teachers that don't get paid enough to deal with this. Protest in a way that doesn't traumatize innocent people.

There are already two major deterrents in place. 1. The risk of killing or at least seriously injuring somebody including yourself, and 2. The risk of getting pulled over, arrested, charged with DUI, jailed, and fined out the ass.

If someone isn't deterred by these two possibilities, what hope is there for them?

That sticker was an intended use though, and those license plates are still government property. I assume altering a license plate is a similar crime to defacing currency.

Unless you're outright trying to change the characters on the tag, which is probably considered fraud like the example given in another comment where a lady painted on an S to the end of her vanity plate.

I'm not only talking about the COVID vaccine either. I was nearly suspended from public middle school in 2002 because my mom forgot to submit proof of my chicken pox vaccine.

I have my COVID vaccine and booster so it doesn't faze me if employers require it to enter the premises. I am merely commenting on the amount of job listings I saw last time I was job hunting that required the COVID vaccine among other things.

Boyfriend is teaching at a private school and they required his vaccination records as well.
