I used to have friends with my SO in vaguely inappropriate places. In no way would I ever blame anyone but myself if we were discovered. Later on in life I realised how stupid it was.

Hit and miss on Facebook market. I got this one for $30 AUD. Probably much more at other markets or stores.

Yeah, it's not as safe as modern ones but it moves enough air. I usually don't use it when there is a cat in my room. Too easy to stick a paw in there. Or if you are drunk enough, something else.

Get a sleeve for it. If you drop them on the floor when they are full, they are gone. I've broken 3 now. Still haven't gotten a sleeve, but that's my fault. But I would not trust these to carry all my water in a survival situation without a sleeve. Saying this as a Nalgene fan.

Bought a Mac Pro in 2008. That thing is still a workhorse to this day. I have two now. And I'm not even some professional designer or musician.
