The issue is that a lot of the trades workers that roll into the city with work trucks don't have to pay the tickets, and their company just sees tickets as a minor expense of doing business in the city that is billed to the client. These types of vehicles need either like $2k+ parking tickets or an immediate tow, some kind of significant punishment that would actually cause the companies to tell employees not to illegally park

That ShopRite is awful. Always reeks of old fryer grease, and it has by far the worst layout I have EVER seen in a grocery store. Name something you want to buy, and there's a 50% chance the options are split into two different places.

Back in 2016 I was hired by the Chiefs to get footage of the place as they watched the first Chiefs playoff game in a while. I was walking around with a camera on a monopod and people kept asking who the footage was for. When I said that it was for the Chiefs themselves, I became the hero of the bar, everyone was trying to buy me drinks lmao. Long story short, it's a friendly place, don't be intimidated, just wear your Chiefs gear and you'll be welcomed. I'm sure if you just ask someone how they came to be a Chiefs fan in Philly, you'll strike up a conversation instantly. Just get there early, the bar was plenty packed for a wild card game in 2016, I'm sure it will be crazy packed for the Super Bowl

Yeah I think you're right with this take. Last year the Union was competitive but the other teams weren't, and as everyone talked about how much it sucks to be a Philadelphia fan, I was like "Hey, they Union are great!" and it seemed to piss people off more lmao
