I don't understand. What is called 'consistency'? And I don't understand what you mean after the word 'unless' probably because I don't know what 'or not' could mean. Please clarify.

I did the math and indeed 1992 is more than 25 years ago, as per rule number one, rather than the ten or twelve years ago I had thought it was.

Also a feature of the Festival of Britain Pleasure Garden, The Rotor spun riders until the centrifugal force pinned them to the walls. You can find this type of ride at many parks today, though it's probably harder to do a full-horizontal the way this rider is attempting.
