Is there an alternative to the beef cube? There's a hell of a lot of salt in them I'd rather avoid. (Note, avoid, not eliminate).

Is there a printed version anywhere? I work off of print better and, also, don't have the patience for videos. This one may be different but too often it's like folks just want to hear themselves talk. Thanks!
