I'm sure it's a maintenance issue, but we can't find anyone to come check it out so I just gave it the finger and turned it off for the season.

We had to stop using our heat pump because it suddenly started doubling our electric bill.

I'm considering switching to Tello, but was kind of weirded out that I had to use an out of state address for my "where will you use service most" location. They don't have (207) numbers so they give you a # based on that fake address until you port yours over. Did you have to do that?

Definitely file a police report and call the local Animal Control Officer. I would look into a lawyer or maybe it can be handled in small claims court for the bills? I'm sorry your pup had to go through this! What can you do to make sure you don't encounter that dog with her again?
