1/4 cup of baking soda 1 quart of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution And a small squirt of dawn dish soap
I've had to use this twice for 2 different dogs and it works like a champ

If you're that concerned about him being in your place, then politely say no. Either your super paranoid, or your not comfortable with this situation. Either way it's your place and you call the shots

Day or two....hahahah. I can't use the bathroom without someone asking where I'm at.
Sounds like you're more the single type, but I have heard of married couples living in their own space (apartments/houses), but they were old (early 50's)
You may need to get some help with this issue before it impacts your relationship
