Will not go through when given the option “send as SMS” when the GIF won’t send

I can receive media, and cannot send to individuals.

Also able to send on other platforms. Just iMessage that will not comply!

Hmmmm yes photos and videos also cannot be sent. I downloaded a GIF keyboard and those also won’t go through.

MMS is toggled on in settings…

I will give it the night but…? So strange
