Proper Parkway etiquette dictates that should have also stopped and, assisted by other motorists, dragged him to the right shoulder. Then, while lifting with you legs and not your back, thrown him over the side into the Rar-i-tan. All motorists who participated get to do rock-paper-scissors for who gets to keep his car.

Before that it was the "Middlesex County Tuberculosis Sanatorium" or something like that. I remember there was an office in the original building that had a large vault door in it that had that painted above it. The vault was so large that they made it into someone's office. This was in the mid 90's.

>Yes, The water is always brown, They claim its from the Fire hydrants??? What does the hydrants have to do with faucet water?

Not to defend South River in any way, but the fire hydrants are on the same water main that feeds your house. So when they flush hydrants, the high volume flow causes turbulence in the main and knocks loose some deposited sediment. The brown color is due to iron most likely (but possible dirt). This should only be happening once or twice a year. If you have brown water all the time, then they're bullshitting you and it has nothing to do with the hydrants.
