Didn’t know that , sorry ! But I also had ps5 with busted power supply xd I can imagine that’s true for xbox as I had 360 with damaged ribbon connecting that touch button on front of console to mobo.

Still we are looking at 10.3 t flop gpu at ps5 vs 12.00 at Xbox. Don’t get me wrong , my personal opinion is , so far , I’ve seen more beautiful games on ps5, but I wish they could make that console smaller , that was definetly achievable

Series x is more sturdy and standing rock solid while ps is wobbly as hell. Xbox also is quieter and operating at lower temperature even though have higher clock speed. It’s also smaller and easier to clean.
I would place my vote on series x

Ps5 ! Better games , better controller , No forced crossplay in fps games and no problem with finding games without it , overall better console experience. Changed Xbox for ps5 and no regrets ! Check demon souls , horizon , ghost of Tsushima , last of us !

Sony exclusives are exact reason why they are selling two ps5 per one Xbox . I also thought gamepass is killer but Sony gives better games tbh

You will be stuck with 3rd party games which anyway all are on PlayStation

Ps 5 is much bigger but have ghost of Tsushima and last of us ! Xbox have game pass (imagine getting starfield , Diablo 4[if acquisition pass] , new or any Bethesda/acti game for small monthly fee instead of £65 each) but ps5 can switch off crossplay and find lobbies. Tough decision. If you don’t mind multiplayer games , I would pick up series x as it probably will age better due to more powerful hardware and game pass will keep you occupied even if you don’t have idea what you would like to play.

You are right, with Bethesda , EA play and most of Ubisoft games , let’s say activision on board , there is a big chance , there will not be many games left to buy if person play mainly mainstream , big aaa games xd

For online fps I would go ps5 as they don’t force crossplay like on our Xbox :(

Xbox series X and game pass ultimate subscription , you will have more games to play than you have time ! Starfield will be releasing in game pass as well as monster Hunter rise !

As it’s almost December already , times are tough for everyone , you don’t like switch anyways , maybe you could simply donate it to orphanage or something like that ? At least you would make your money work !

It’s definetly worth it , if you would get series x or ps5 , you will find yourself switching to performance mode in 90% of games anyway
