MA wonât rescind trans protection.
A ballot question in 2018 included an attempt to repeal trans protections, and it was defeated by around 3:1
Boston is very expensive, even for MA which has a high cost of living.
There are towns outside Boston which are good, and others which arenât. A general way to see good towns would be to look at how the town voted on that ballot question. (âYesâ is the good answer)

Misogynist insults arenât okay.
Sheâs showing that sheâs awful, you donât need to denigrate women in acknowledging this.

Yes, it sure does.
One of our state legislators has introduced a bill to allow it.
And Healeyâs opposition to that has completely removed any support I had for her.

Yep.
Itâs been good seeing what Michiganâs legislature has spent their time doing in their latest session - the repeal of the aggressively dishonestly named âright to workâ legislation had me cheering

Because unions donât have as much power as people think they do due to anti-union laws.
In Massachusetts for example, public sector workers are legally forbidden from striking, and any public sector union that is found to be organizing or encouraging this is heavily fined

Iâm not a fan of casinos either. But like, the Mashpee Wampanoag, along with other Native tribes, were nearly exterminated in a campaign of genocide.
If this is what it takes for them to see any reparations, Iâm all for it.

The whole blood quantum thing is racist as fuck, and itâs good to see a number of Native tribes saying âfuck thatâ to it. Hopefully more follow

Good.
The US has violated pretty much every treaty with every Native group. Glad to see the Mashpee Wampanoag tribe get at least a little bit of justice here

It would be a good move for sure!
One of the few good things the admin at the high school my wife teaches at has done in the past few years is to move the start time back by an hour.
Itâs far better for students and far better for teachers

No chance of being able to document?
Youâre making arguments about things you clearly donât understand.
Teacherâs run student clubs. Teachers stay after to help students. They answer emails after hours, do class planning after hours, grade after hours.
These are all things for which footprints exist in great numbers

Section 9A;
â1) Service as a Condition of Employment
âConditions of employment are defined as ânot only those duties specifically mentioned in an existing or recently expired collective bargaining agreement (or personnel policies in effect for more than one year), but also those practices not unique to individual employees which are intrinsic to the position or which have been performed by employees as a group on a consistent basis over a sustained period of time.â[657] â

Itâs not âtacitly illegal,â in fact once teachers have accepting doing something outside their contract, itâs illegal for them to stop doing it.
