Imo, if someone talks about mortality at all, even mention we aren't immortal, people think they are a downer.

Outlast took me a few years because I hid in a locker and was too scared to come out.
I literally didn't play again until I moved my gaming computer out of the basement years later.
Bioshock is cute.
Outlast 2 went even farther holy shit.
