Location: I5 south just past DuPont near the railroad bridge before you drive over nisqually delta

Also look at when it was harvested on the container. I have bought some in the past that is several months to a year old.
Back before it was legal it was grown prepped for sale then sold (at least if it was produced in the state) it was much much fresher
Drying it as much as they are preserves it longer and reduces quality issues that could impact human health when used
