The only reason those Council members are more worried about cars is because they don't have the balls to ride public transit.

If it ever snows, avoid ALL main routes. This includes Leverington Avenue and Ridge Ave. because those roads will always be messy no matter what.

I'm glad someone is talking about this, it's sad how market street is somewhat more tidy than that old Greyhound terminal at 10th and Filbert but yet everyone in Philly is more worried about a sports stadium than that and the homelessness problem
