Undercoat your car can be $150 to $500 once and then your underbody will be protected. After that wash your car at home if that’s possible so you won’t have to spend a ton on carwashes just occasionally supplies

As someone who has looked into moving there it gets a bad rap because it’s an old mill town that lost its identity when the mills left. The town has potential for revitalization if people give it a chance. Berlin is in a hard area to live as it is very cold and snowy it takes a hardy person to live there

I lived in a small town and now live in another with the same situation and I lived it. I know Berlin as my wife’s family is from there and we’ve talked about moving there it’s not that extreme there are multiple gas stations in town, a local grocery store and the closest Walmart is only 5 minutes give or take a couple depending on where you are in town.

Oldest in US is Norwich Free Academy and New London High dating back to 1875. Oldest between two Massachusetts schools is indeed Wellesley and Needham since 1882. There is a rivalry between Phillips Academy Andover (MA) and Phillips Exeter Academy (NH) from 1878

I’ve looked at Dalton and my wife knows someone who grew up in Windsor actually. My wife grew up in a super small town so she’d prefer a more rural area

I will say for Mitt Romney, Mitt is his middle name his name is actually Willard but he was given his fathers cousin’s (Milton “Mitt” Romney) as a middle name. Milton played in the NFL from 1923-1928

I do realize that as I do it. I pay a $390 lot rent and $500 for rent on the building I personally think lot rent is dumb or buying on leased land
Sufficient-Voice-210 t1_iu8dfid wrote
$390 is a pretty good lot rent compared to the rest of the state and surrounding states. I’ve seen a lot of lots over $500 in other parts of Vermont and New Hampshire
