As a person who works for the state and only works 37.5 hours, it is a HUGE paycut. I'm fine with 4- 10 hr days, but cutting hours is thousands per year

I worked for Halliburton when they were in Dimock and damn did they hate us. I'm pretty sure that was even our Blender they showed in the movie Gasland.
On a seperate job while working in Dimock we spilled a shit load of gel because the drilling company designed the pad wrong and they blew up a bunch of hoses.

I moved to this state just over a decade ago and I still hate this inspection bullshit. I'm glad I dont live in a place with emissions though.

Same! I also have SF and been a customer for over a decade and have absolutely zero accidents. I noticed it went up by around 20 dollars per month.
I was pretty mad and I have to shop around. The problem is it's a huge pain in the butt to change home insurance too because those are automatic payments through my escrow
