Agree. During inflated times like this (not that it's going to change), the historically less attractive areas end up having the most out of whack prices. Also the school system is pathetic.

don't listen to this guy. it's not a crime to smoke outside, it's a civil fine ("illegal"). you can't get arrested so it doesn't matter where you're from ("foreigner"). and unless you are transporting it to another state where it's illegal you'll be fine ("federal law").

you can just walk in and buy it. def smoke it outside, worst case you will get a ticket if you're being obnoxious about it, probably .01% chance that happens.
