That's cool I have the qk65 too. Tbh I was a little disappointed in my zoom65 sound and feel so im redoing mine to find what I like best soundbite. Yours look great!

I have like every single doubleshot clone set and I've never had this problem. Knock on wood. I take them off and put them on so many times to.
