Since there is plenty of competition in and around Pittsburgh make sure you shop around. The market is starting to fail and discounts and rebates are making a comeback, especially if there is an abundance of the car you are looking for. Check the dealers websites and check their inventory for cars that they have had for awhile that could be an indication that they haven't sold much lately and being that it is the end of the month they may be more willing to have bigger discounts to meet quota.
End of month is typically the best time to buy so if you don't make a deal before March 1st wait until mid month to start looking again.
Good luck

Reply to is there a reason why the citizens of Pennsylvania allow utilities to be so high? by Cute_Platypus_5989
I don't know about anyone else but I never got the notice to vote on any of the price or tax increases, so as a citizen of PA I didn't have much of a choice.

The idea behind it goes far beyond kids going to school in the dark. There are many studies found that during the months of standard time, depression is much higher than during DST. Car accidents are also typically higher during standard time due to workers traveling in the dark to and from work.
I work 10 hour shifts so I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark, and I wouldn't say I get depressed but more so unmotivated to do anything. I am the type of person that would rather spend my free time outside playing with the kids or working in the garage and that extra hour of light in the evening makes a big difference.
However this is an argument of personal opinion with pros and cons from both sides. But there are adverse issues with changing time and it would be nice to not have to deal with that anymore.

Even on standard time high school and middle school kids wait for the bus in the dark.

I'm confused. How can you see you have something coming from your landlord in the mail a day ahead of time. Genuine question no sarcasm or any other ill will.

You should have applied for your new license to have it on time. If your license expires it is no longer valid which means you cannot drive or buy alcohol after the second.

This is what happens when you politicize beliefs. I would be willing to bet if the sign was red and was from the republican committee it would still be up.
Oh and if that were on my property and received death threats you can bet your ass it would be coming down regardless of my beliefs.

Reply to Who is from punxsutawney ? And / or who was there to see Phil for groundhog day ? by Least_Firefighter639
I can't believe that someone from Australia is fascinated by a pointless tradition where they grab a groundhog from a cage and hold it up in the air under a ton of lights to see if he sees his shadow. All this to "predict" if we will have 6 more weeks of winter or not even though we will still have 6 weeks of winter because spring is 6 weeks away. It is just a big party.
Also it is Gobblers Knob.

If teachers and society pushed you to jump off a bridge would you do it? You have to make and own up to your decisions and do what you want to do. As far as all of this "free" stuff that everyone wants, here's a news flash NOTHING IS FREE. The money has to come from somewhere. The only way to fix things is to get the costs under control but that will never happen because the rich wont get richer.

First thing Biden isn't ending COVID, it wouldn't surprise me if he vetoes the recently passed bills to end it.
Second the US government is too busy sending resources and money to Ukraine and other countries to care about the American people.
Third if you are in a dead end town with zero opportunities then move. Sitting around waiting for the government's handout isn't going to change your situation. Opportunities don't just fall on your lap you have to go out and find them.
So to actually answer your question. We are heading towards a recession that is probably going to be worse than 2008. Inflation is through the roof which the government could fix but they won't. More and more the elected officials are failing the American people so no there will not be anymore stimulus checks.

Yes you should wash it off occasionally. I will usually do it when the temps are above freezing and it is going to be dry for a few days. It is especially important to spray out the wheel wells.

I like Redbeard's on Sixth, its a sports bar type atmosphere. I was also going to say Ten Penny on Penn Ave but it would appear that has been changed to Carpino now. It has been 2 years since I have been downtown but I will be there for a week in April which I am looking forward to.

Just call Hanover Twp Municipal and ask. It is very common in most of PA that chickens are allowable however you would probably need more than 10 acres to have goats.

Reply to Can an employer change original hourly wage when adding mandatory overtime to avoid paying overtime? by hellorubydoo
Unfortunately it is legal for an employer to dock an employee's wage. However if it states in the contract that the reason for the pay reduction is to add mandatory overtime then there may be some labor laws broken. The figures you listed actually show they want you to work more hours for less money with their new wage it is around $100 less than if you remained at $14/hr and worked 8 hours OT. You work for a shitty company and should look for employment elsewhere.
Not sure what your job is or how many employees there are but you should consider unionizing, this is one of the many reasons unions came to be.

Just to make something clear even though I feel that the person that posted this complaint is an overreactive person that is a conspiracy theory nutcase. Audio recordings without proper notification are illegal and Texas Roadhouse is not recording anybody's conversation. No corporation is dumb enough to do this because it would open them up to a major lawsuit and criminal charges for the person or persons that authorized the use of audio recording devices. Now if there are signs or another form of notification that clearly state that audio is being recorded and you still choose to enter the establishment then you are giving consent to be recorded.
