Well, Rhode Island is small, and they aren’t making any more of it. So, why not.

Newport.
It has a reputation that it’s just a summer town. It’s not.

At least 16 bedrooms thanksgiving rental oh my God 😂
Honestly your best bet is to call like hotel Viking and see if they can get you a bunch of hotel rooms and maybe they’ll let you rent like one of the convention rooms for a big private thanksgiving dinner. Hell they may even cater it. If you book early enough they may be able to get you an entire wing to yourself or something.
Other option is, if your budget is massive (which looking for a 16 bedroom estate in Newport I have to assume it is), contact a Lila delman agent. They may have an Uber high net worth client that will let you rent their gilded age mansion for some obscene amount of money. Or they may be able to put you in touch with someone from the Newport preservation society and you could stay in like rosewood for an obscene amount of money (not sure if that’s allowed or not though - I know they rent it out for weddings I’m not sure they’d bite on an overnight)
Good luck! Also please update us on what you do because I’m super curious

Took ours outside and he would only keep 2 feet on the ground at one time 😂
Didn’t take much convincing to get him back inside

Yeah the limitation on power is super annoying.
Also - pro tip - if you’re planning on getting an ev, buy the solar system a couple months after buying the ev

Kind of tough without knowing the alternative.
But yeah you can live in Rhode Island on 50-55k, that’s actually probably around the average income.
