When you say "headset" I'm assuming you mean headphones + built-in microphone?

I haven't used it myself since I have a separate microphone, but I've heard good things about UGreen. Just make sure you get a TRRS 4-pole connector for your headset as you need the extra contact for the microphone, TRS 3-pole connectors will still work for audio, but your microphone won't be connected.

The cable itself is probably fine, but it's a bit misleading calling it a "balanced" cable.
