I pity people who mess with kids and the kids mom gets her hands on them. That's a dangerous flavor of rage.

Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens has some great birding and is on the Anacostia River Trail. You can metro as close as you can and grab a CaBi bike for the rest of the way.
