I lived next to Ottobar for 2 years. I am well aware that area is perfectly fine. I was merely commenting on the other persons comment, “that area is not rough, that’s a strange thing for someone to say”. For someone who doesn’t know the area, how is that strange to assume a place in Baltimore might be rough.

I mean Baltimore has a reputation but keep believing it’s strange that no one who has lived in or been to the city would be inclined to believe said reputation
