Someone just showed up with a drone, lol! Scuba divers just went in the water to affix the straps below the surface

A scuba diver just came up from inspecting the bottom of the boat, looking for a leak of any sort. The barge crew is connecting straps to a steel gurter that's hanging from the crane

Thwy have been pumping the warer out of the boat for a while now. They just brought in a barge to haul it sway. There's is a huge crane getting ready to lift the sucker!!!!
