As long as those devices are signed into your iCloud they will be able to turn hotspot on. Don’t want that? Sign out of iCloud.

I buy the $10 3 packs off Amazon. They’ve held up better and lasted longer than any “Name Brand” I’ve ever used.

- Yet, I have a “quick add suggestion” for someone who I just added as a phone contact.
If they added you as a contact and have contact sync and show in quick add turned on. That’s why you are seeing them. Has nothing to do with your contact settings or settings in general.

- While that may be not possible sometimes apps that are granted rights still have them even if we switch off the option.
Is is untrue in iOS case.

It’s a bug that happens when downloading messages from iCloud to a new phone.

Not using the native iOS messaging app you don’t. Apple and iOS doesn’t support RCS so what you are saying is impossible. Meaning you are lying

They do not support them in the native message app on iOS. The carriers that do support read receipts either A. Have their own app, or use Googles version of RCS.

iOS doesn’t support RCS, so it’s impossible for read receipts to work for anything other than iMessage.

Read receipts don’t work for normal text on iOS. You have to support RCS, and iOS doesn’t.

Because as long as you have a raised lip around the camera bump, you are very unlikely to break it from a drop. So no need to spend extra money making a fully covered case.
