I read something recently about this, Im sorry I can't find it to post, but essentially they were saying that in the past great players in high school would chose to be 2nd tier- non starters at the best programs like Duke, Kansas etc, but that changed in the last 10 years or so, where those guys are choosing smaller schools to be starters and be seen by NBA scouts.

The CEO should be arrested and put on trial for the amount of destruction he caused by cutting corners on safety to make more profit.

The company should be given the corporate death penalty and liquidated. The money should be put into a trust for all the future cancer treatment needed by the people.

There is a difference between an accident and criminal negligence. If the company can show they exceeded the regulations for safety and this was a fluke accident, that's one thing, but these mother fuckers gave MILLIONS to Republicans and they returned the favor in 2018 by removing safety regulations for them.

As a Tesla owner myself, I understand that I am in control of the car at all times. This is no different than some idiot on cruise control slamming into a stopped car in front of him.

FSD requires your hands to be on the wheel. In fact, every 30 seconds or so, it remind you and if it doesn't detect your hands on the wheel by making a slight move to the wheel, it will disengage.

So even IF driver was using FSD, its his fault for not slowing down when approaching a fire truck.

This is why we need new laws that hold executives PERSONALLY liable for cases like this where they knowingly caused harm. I understand sometimes companies didn't realize until it was too late-- thats a different story. But in this case, like many others, these fuckwads KNEW.

There should be no bankruptcy. Their personal assets should be liquidated immediately to pay judgements.

Yea true. The other issue is radiation from the host star. But, underwater warm oceans with life? Id say very possible.

One good thing about Red Dwarfs is time. They are in the main sequence for 10s-100s of billions of years, a lot of time for evolution.
