Yikes $200 upfront and $80 a month? When I paid $40, there was nothing upfront. Everywhere I've lived where I paid $200-$250 upfront, that's when it's been $25 monthly. You're getting a shitty deal

$80 a month pet rent is steep. A lot of places charge $25ish. I've paid $40 before and felt like I was hugely overpaying.

Not praising our police department, but I really do think if they genuinely thought that this was an ongoing danger to the public and we were all at risk of being murdered if we set foot near that area, they would have said something. Safe to assume no comment about risk level is a good thing.

They're transitioning to just the large bins, it's a waste to give out small bins that will need to be tossed anyway

That's why I said it doesn't really meet any of the qualifiers. Just came to mind when I saw mediocre and survives due to convenient location for faculty gathering

This doesn't really meet any of the qualifiers but The Village. The food is mediocre but it thrives due to its location by VCU.

Recently bought a house and got a radon test. The inspector told me that the numbers are always higher in the winter and if I really wanted a full picture I should test again in the summer because the number is likely much lower

I recently moved and got Verizon and a big perk was a 10 year price lock. When I had Xfinity they only gave me a discounted rate for one year.

Surprised that your husband's is so expensive. My 2019 prius was $500 last year, so for the extra $300 I pay is definitely balanced out by gas saved in a hybrid but not sure with his taxes being so pricey

Exactly this, even if personal property taxes were lower, we would just make up for it being taxed in other ways. The government needs money, and they'll get it one way or another.

The difference amount saved on gas in a newer car definitely compensates for the maybe couple hundred more you spend on taxes.

Reply to Exercise classes on the Midlo side that are super-beginner friendly? by Solid-Technology-448
I've never taken a yoga class in Midlo, but at every other studio I've been to, unless specified otherwise in the description, the classes are meant to be modified to your level. You can take a break in child's pose at any time and often at harder parts, instructors will give you some options and if you're a beginner, you just take the easiest one. All that to say yoga is very friendly to beginners! And even if it seems like everyone else knows what they're doing, we love seeing newbies come so there's no judgement! Again, no recommendations for places in Midlothian but any decent studio should be welcoming, regardless of skill or fitness level.

The Heritage Farm ones are $2-2.50 a pound depending on if it's on sale and it's 5 or 6 huge breasts. Comes out to be around $10 for the pack but it's a lot of chicken.
